One under $10 wine that comes to my mind is the San Antonio "American Cardinal". It is a red wine that is neither too sweet nor bitter. A very fine clean tasting wine that can be served chilled or not. The main winery is located in L.A. California. There is another branch in Ontario Calif, as well. If you are in town there would be nothing more fun than wine and dining, which they provide both.
