Ah, my favorite event is back, and my wallet is burning. BevMo (Beverages & More) is holding their semi-annual (?) 5 cent sale. To see a list of the wines that are included, click here.
If you've never had the joy of participating in this incredible event, here's how it works- you buy a bottle of wine at the regular price, and the second one is only 5 cents. Unbelievable, I know!!
A number of the wines I've previously reviewed are included in the sale. Take a look at the Budget Vino summary spreadsheet to see which ones I've tried.
If you have a BevMo nearby, or if you're in a place where they'll deliver, I seriously encourage you to get online and go shopping...

be careful about this 5 cent sale...the Cousino-Macul Chardonnay '06 at BevMo costs $17, plus a second bottle at 5 cents...where as it costs as little as 9 bucks regular price elsewhere. So if you take advantage of the 5 cent deal you are getting some savings...but if you buy these at regular prices, you are being gouged. Do some research before you load up your cart!

My fiance hit up Bevmo to purchase wines for our rehersal dinner... We got a mixed case for about 75 bucks!
Other events for our wedding: a wine tour before the rehersal, the rehersal dinner with the above mentioned wine, and then a wedding the next day... at a winery...
Good night sweet liver...

We would like to buy some more, but can't remember the name. We even checked at the Art and Wine Festival held in Lake Arrowhead.
Thanks,
