I bought a 5 ltr boxed carlo rossi chard (I know--I deserve what I get) It is darker like a microbrew beer and taste like sherry.
Is it bad or is it---just bad? safe?
Thanks for any suggestion

I have a batch of red wine going and there is a white film on the top of it? It is in a secondary glass demi john, and still smells ok, but kind of reluctant to tast it.
Im wondering if anyone knows what this is and if the wine is salvagable.

I currently enjoy drinking Macon Lugny and occasionally come across a bottle with no discernable nose and then a very flat taste.
Would you put this down to oxidization or something else.
Have always returned same for replacement without problem
